What is a Persona?
A Persona is a fictional depiction of what typical or extreme user is like. It aggregates and maps user behaviour patterns of actual users into archetypal profiles, allowing focused study on the user.
Why Personas?
Personas make key characteristics of user types explicit and aids in bringing a human touch to user research.
